Created by Will Andrews for Hugo Boss in 2008, Hugo Boss Pure features notes of fig water, citrus, massoia wood, lily and hyacinth. It is a strong, simple and synthetic ozonic fragrance that opens boldly and develops quickly. Metallic citrus is the first discernible note that quickly softens to a warmer and more spicy floral bouquet in the center and rapidly moves on to pale woods in the base. For a scent so sparse in notes and rapid in development it is strong in both sillage and lasting power, it is interesting, out of the ordinary and never fails to make a bold statement.
